Age is your excuse, not your future

The older a human gets, the more solid set they are in their ways & so easily accepting that this is just how “life is”… Which is utter shit & a huge cop out towards change. This journey right here with Pete is one of the most inspiring future self journeys I have EVER been apart of.
You see, it takes a really strong & wiling human, to take advice to change ways you have built & repeatedly done over your life, especially from another male half your age. Yet age isn’t a factor of knowledge, its experience & the ability to openly think & ego is what holds you back from how special life can be. Would you be shocked to know that when this journey first started - training was a felt chore, movement was listed under “I don’t have time” & tracking food was said to “not work”, amongst plenty of other habits “I just do”. Yet these days, every day I now work with a man that has built SO MUCH self respect, self love, discipline & self care & delayed gratification…
The gym is a MUST weekly outlet, movement is a part of the early morning chosen routine & food tracking is a reflection of the changes he wants to physically feel, whilst the evolved habits are his proud daily moments. I will never NOT be inspired by seeing any journey with changes like this, even if it’s been hundreds over the years, it will forever be special. I am beyond proud of who this human has chosen to become at this point in his life & I am inspired by what he has done for his future self.
