There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone who has had a "bad" or "tarnished" relationship with tracking, myfitnesspal, the gym, programs & hitting targets become an individual who LOVES using all of the above because of a completely different approach & relationship to these tools.
We are often told tracking is obsessive, over the top, cringe, too much - yet there is such a correlation between those who track & the lifestyle/ results they see, compared to those who don't... I don't think the data & tracking is the problem, I know its the approach, education, pressure & lack of understanding around it all.
This journey is one of the most beautiful examples of learning to love the process of showing up for your future self, elevating your standard, building self respect & truly unlocking self belief.
