Themes of progress in this journey:
-Knowledge & gym exercise execution
-Elevating the standard & learning to put in the grit
-Learning when to pull back, rest, reduce & replan
-Overcoming road blocks & re-pivots
-Becoming a jacked & lean Mfer
I am beyond proud of this journey for so many reasons… I have seen both ends of the scales through a gain & build & also a cut & maintain, ranging at a STARTING 68kg - peak bulk 75kg & NOW sitting at a complete RECOMP 65kg, yes 3kg lighter & looking completely different. However this time together so far has seen more road blocks than almost any other journey I’ve coached in the last 5 years. Sickness, injury, lifestyle, personal - you name it & it was popping up, which is why to see what these physical photos represent to me is beyond an amazing change - it is someone that has LEARNT TO SHOW UP LONG TERM.
Not going too high on the goods, not staying down on the lows, not giving in or giving up, but thats all come from learning new systems, methods & understanding what LONG TERM really can be like.
