To write about this journey is a very tricky one from the standpoint of a coach, as the representation of many important progressions, growths & lifestyle changes are so present, it’s actually hard to write about what ones… This women here is someone who embodies traits, dynamics & actions that she was once the complete opposite with & didn't think were possible:

-Self respect 

-Self backing & trust

-Resume stacking & self belief 

-Sobriety & putting herself first

-Acting from thought, not emotions

-Putting herself first

-Using all 3 perspectives, not just her own single view

-Change, choice & doing different

-Real change for real change

-Future Self


This journey is a COMPLETE representation of what changing your whole life & future can be through the vessel of health… This wasn’t soul focused around fat loss but has seen over 15kg of it, this wasn’t soul focused around strength, but has seen many self records, this wasn’t soul focused around fitness, but has seen running, winning a first ever fitness comp, learning new skills & tapping into never before training outputs, this journey was COMPLETELY focused around learning to love, care, respect & look after her future self.


A quote that I heavily attached every week to the work we have done together is the important of “It’s not always what you do that matters, but why you do it”. Once you learn to dig deeper then just the surface reason to do something, your whole life will change forever.


Over 2 years sober, weight training weekly, cardio & movement daily, reflections & education often, whole foods in every meal & self respect being her life compass, this journey really shows:


So yeah... Her kids are getting the best version of her.
